How many times can I bleach my hair without killing them?
My hair is pink / purple. The dye itself is not hard to my hair because it is temporary and for as long as it colors (La Riche Directions) My problem is that because it's summer and so humid outside, my hair grows fast enough. In one week, bleaching, the roots will be showing again. I try not to bleach, so I can help, but my natural color is dark brown and when it's too long I have to blanch it or ridicule. How often is too often? Seems to have problem somewhere in the middle or the end of my hair the color does not seem to take very long, and when I bleach, do not turn light blond like the rest of my hair, but looks more orange. The place you refer to may have been missed the first time you bleached. When hair is bleached, it goes through stages. First of darkness, through a gold (orange) stage, then to pale yellow (blonde). I would try to apply water bleach in the golden zone while you do your roots. Never reuse the bleach zones pale yellow, just remember to make roots. As for temporary color, it will not harm.
