I have a local chili variety,Named Shendurni chili.I want to check it's hotness where to check it& compair ?
The local variety; Shendurni chili, is so hot people do not use it for preparing food & dishes. The farmers do not cultivate since it has no market due to its hotness. Only some plants are grown by the side of canal to add into ordinary chili to increase it's hotness and by that consumption of ordinary chili could be reduced. I would like to check the hotness of Shendurni chili and compare with Bhut Jolokia.This will be an interesting project of people working in this field.Will some one guide me about this?Where to send samples & get results.
