Cookies keep in a freezer for 9-12months!that being said!How many started on there holiday cookies?? mm yummie?

just curious to know how many have started on all there holiday cookies! and what ones have you already baked for gift giving this year..mmmm yummie..oh what is your favorite holiday treats?

I do not start baking and making holiday candy until the week after Thanksgiving. I do my baking in about 7 days baking about 50 dozen cookies and making about 20 pounds of candies. I have a commercial stove and convection oven in my kitchen so I can bake 10 dozen cookies at a time.
