foundation for fair/pale skin?

hey guys, im quite picky so i have a lot of requirements(sorry)! i have pale , oily skin with a few freckles and some spots . i use Revlon color-stay foundation right now but i find it too heavy and the color isn't perfect. Ive heard good things about CLINIQUE , PRESCRIPTIVES and LANCOME , so if anyone knows a foundation from any of those brands that would be suitable then leave an answer please ...
1. im looking for a foundation with medium coverage
2. it has to have a decent range of pale colors
3. has to be found in uk shops
4. has to have no oil
5. any price because there is no price on perfect skin
6. LIQUID ONLY please !x
