Melon Sorbet
Strawberry & Mango Sorbet... Sound good?
I'm going to base my recipe off of this one for Melon Sorbet...

1 mango
1 pound frozen strawberries
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons vodka
Put everything into a food processor, chill in the fridge for an hour or two, then put in the freezer overnight...
Scrape with a fork into a fluffy ice-ball, eat!
Sound good?
