When being served at a restaurant do you prefer your waitress...?
to have long hair or short hair, to have on make-up, i.e. eyeshadow, blush, lipstick, or be plain faced? I am hired at a lavish restaurant and I love hair/make - up, but I want to know what people want/look for in a waitress to give a good tip besides great service!! 
How the waitress or waiter looks doesn't matter to me in a restaurant. I care about efficient, polite service, a working knowledge of the menu, and good food and leave 20% or more for the service.
