How can I remove old grout from grooves in ceramic tile?
I sealed the grout lines, but the grout was never wiped out of the distressed areas of the white porcelain tile. I tried a wire brush, but that would take forever. Is there a product I can use? I would then seal the whole floor. What should I use for that?
use some vinegar the kind you buy at a grocery store, put the vinegar in a bucket with water,use a sponge and wipe the tile if the tile still has grout on it use the vinegar without water and put right on the floor wait afew minutes the grout film should come right off. I DO TILE If you need to remove all the grout from in between the tile you need to buy a Special tool and not chip the sides of the tile you can get it at home depot and grout sealer.What about grout staining have you considered that ?
