Bronze Ice
Ice skating this summer need help.?
I'll only go to the rink 2 per week. Once for my 45 min. lesson saturaday then for about 4-6am. I was wondering what type of shoe that would best Riedel? Incidentally I'm 5'5 and I'm not fat but not skinny lol .... So on my weight i weight limit (if that matters to skate). Is that enough time for a beginner? I'll start my lessons this summer. Should I start going to the rink once a week now? w / skates i was thinking about getting Riedel blue ribbon or bronze medallion. Anyway thank you for the comments! They are really appricatated!
I spring for the bronze medallions if you know you're going to be serious about the sport. It 4-6 hour session will be quite long. The more ice time the better, but you'll probably have to destroy it or you're just too tired. If you can start going to the rink now you should. All ice time is very useful when you start - it lets you get your confidence and get a sense of balance.
