Why is my beef brisket still pink if i cooked it in the crock pot for 8 hrs+?
beef brisket cooked for 8 hrs with cream of mushroom soup and other spices..why is it still pink? is it ok to eat?
Are you sure it's not corned beef brisket (a very popular dish)?
If it is it'll always be pink because of the corning process.
